Note to Self
Projects involving lots of multi-coloured motifs invariably require much sewing-in of ends and much finishing. Neither of these tasks are particularly enjoyable. Quit deciding to make projects that you won't enjoy finishing.
Well, but when you're really done, and you can step back and look at it--it's worth every second, isn't it? Enough so that I've more than once found myself diving right back into the same kind of project that had just given me such a headache. While going, what am I *thinking*!

Oh. Right.
That's true, that it's lovely when you finish it and look back at it. Of course, it's the getting there that's the problem... :D
